You will need
- Skewer sticks
- 1 red onion
- Minced meat
- Salt & black pepper
- Monterey Jack cheese slices
- Black pudding
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- (optional) Hot sauce

Fire up your grill and let’s get right to the cooking!
Cut two thick onion slices and run them through with a skewer stick to hold the rings together. Put the skewered onion slices on the grill.
Next, the patty. Season the minced meat with salt and black pepper, and mix it all together. Make two thin patties, and stack them with a slice of Monterey Jack cheese in the middle. Crimp the edges to seal the cheese inside.
Place the patty on the grill, along with two slices of the black pudding. Give the buns a toast, and when everything is ready, assemble your Full Monty burger! Place the stuffed patty on the bread, followed by black pudding slices, a few onion rings and some juicy sliced tomato. Optionally you can spread some hot sauce on the bottom bun for an extra kick.
