Take 100 grams of minced meat and flatten it out to make a patty. With a tea spoon, sprinkle some dry rub in the middle of the patty, and add a pinch of cheese on top. Fold the patty into the shape of your palm.
Wrap the bacon bomb recipe in two layers of bacon (if you are using thick slices of bacon you can use just one layer). Push the bacon bomb on to a skewer.
Get your smoker up to temp at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the skewered bombs over indirect heat, and smoke for about 20 minutes. Fifteen minutes into the cooking process mop the bombs with barbecue sauce.
