This sauce is super easy, yet you wouldn’t think so if you tasted it at someone else’s home. It goes great with all kinds of meat, both as a glaze and as a sauce- or even better, both.
To make it, prepare to mix the ingredients over medium heat. Start with the honey and mustard, and mix until the honey has melted down completely. Then add the brown sugar and apple juice, stir again, and finally add the cider vinegar.
Grab your whisk and mix everything together very well. Let the sauce reduce down by ¼, then remove it from the heat and let it cool down to room temperature.
