Grilled Cheese and Brisket Sandwich Recipe
This recipe can be made both on your grill, using a cast-iron skillet, or on the kitchen stove. We strongly suggest the first one, for obvious reasons, and therefore we’ll assume you go with that option for the rest of the recipe.
Light up your charcoal. You don’t want a super hot cooking temperature, about a medium heat is fine. Spread some butter on each slice of bread (about half a tablespoon). Then throw the rest of the butter in the skillet, and swirl it around to coat the entire surface.
Place the bread -buttered side down- on the skillet. Get your brisket slices, and shred (or pull) using forks or BBQ claws, and place a generous amount of pulled brisket on each bread slice. Then follow with a layer of Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese (you can either mix those beforehand or let them melt into eachother while cooking). Cover with an other slice of bread, with the buttered side upwards. Cook both sides for ~1 minute, or until they turn golden brown.
Enjoy!
