Roasted Garlic Spicy Green Chili Sauce Recipe

Slice the top off the head of garlic without peeling it. Pour olive oil on the top and wrap it in foil.

Fire up your grill, and roast the wrapped garlic for 50 minutes. Then add the sweet and hot chilli peppers to the grill. Keep turning the peppers to avoid burning. When the vegetables are done, pull them and the garlic head off the fire

Remove the stems and seeds from the sweet chilies. Remove the stems from the hot chilies.

Add all ingredients with 1 C of water to a pot over medium heat. Cook until the onions are soft. Remove from heat and let cool, then blend the mixture until it is smooth, then strain and bottle it.
