You will need:
- ½ Cup molten Salted Butter
- ½ Cup minced Garlic
- Chopped Green Onions
- Cedar plank(s)
Garlic Butter Plank Grilled Prawns Recipe
Mix the molten salted butter with the garlic to create garlic butter. Then mix in the spring onions until you have a thick, buttery topping for the prawns.
Slice the prawns down the middle. Place the halved prawns with the cut side facing upwards, and spread about a tablespoon of garlic-onion butter on each half.
Get your pit up to temp, and place the cedar planks over direct heat for a few minutes. Then flip the planks over, and place the prawns on top.
Cook for about 15 minutes, then serve as an appetizer or alongside any other dish you want!
