Bacon Wrapped Smoked Chicken Drumsticks Recipe
When we said that prepping the drumsticks for the smoker takes less than 5 minutes, we meant it! Simply remove the skin from the end to expose the bone, sprinkle with your favorite BBQ rub, then wrap with bacon. Secure the bacon strips with a tooth pic.
Smoke the drumsticks at 350°F over indirect heat. After 15 minutes of smoking brush on some BBQ sauce, and smoke for another 15 minutes. Then pull off the smoker and serve immediately.
