Spicy Garlic Parmesan Smoked Chicken Wings
Cook wings for 20 minutes on indirect heat, then flip. Cook about 10 minutes and then shred Parmesan on top of wings. Wait for 5 minutes and shred more Parmesan. Make sure you hit both sides twice with Parmesan.
When done, cook the wings over direct heat for an additional 2 minutes per side. Be careful as they will burn quickly.
For the sauce, just assemble the ingredients in a bowl.
Toss the wings in the sauce and serve with blue cheese dip, celery and carrot sticks.
