Grilled Pulled Pork Pizza Recipe
To get the most out of this recipe, it is suggested that you cook your own pulled pork, and if possible, make your own pizza dough. But if you want to quickly use leftover pulled pork, you can just get prepared pizza crusts from any food store.
Before getting started, combine the sauce ingredients in the mixing bowl. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Get your grill up and running at 400°F and set it up for indirect cooking.
Spread out ½ cup of White Sauce onto the crust. Add some finely diced white onion, plenty of shredded cheese and the pulled pork. Top the pork with additional cheese and a final drizzle of the white sauce.
Position the pizza on the grill in a way that ensures it will cook evenly. If you are making more than once, cook them one at a time. Grill for ~10 minutes, or until the cheese starts bubbling and the crust becomes brown. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
When ready, remove from heat. Drizzle with some more sauce, slice and enjoy!
