Ingredients (per sandwich)
- 2 Hash Brown Patties
- 2 Bacon slices
- 1 Egg
- 2 slices of American Cheese
- Salt + Pepper
Grilled Hashbrown Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
Fire up your grill, using either a griddle or cast iron skillet.
Cut the bacon slices in half, then place them on the heat alongside the patties. When the bacon becomes crispy and the hash browns get a nice color and texture, place 1 slice of cheese on each patty.
Fry the egg your favorite way.
When the cheese has molten sufficiently, take the patties off the heat and chop up some chives on top.
Time to assemble your hashbrown breakfast sandwich! The chef suggests you put the ingredients together in the following order: Hash Brown with cheese, chives, crispy bacon slice, egg, more bacon, chives, and finally the other patty with cheese.
