You will need
- Ground Ribeye Steak
- Velveeta cheese (or other soft & creamy cheese)
- A1 Peppercorn Sauce
- Sweet Jalapeno Peppers (whole)
- 1 Whole Onion

Here’s how to make the best cheese stuffed patty you’ve ever had:
Divide the ground ribeye you would use for one patty, into two parts. Use one to form the bottom, pushing down the middle so it can hold the cheese. Place 2-3 tablespoons of Velveeta on the bottom half (depending on how big you made the patty), and add a few slices of sweet jalapeno pepper on top. Then cover the cheese with the other half of the ground beef, forming a patty. Place it in the fridge to cool down while you’re firing up the grill.
Prepare a cast iron skillet or flat top grill with a little vegetable oil. Cook the chopped onion until it starts becoming translucid. At this point, mix in a few tablespoons of A1 peppercorn sauce with the onion, and keep cooking until it reaches the consistency of onion jam.
Time to get the cheese stuffed patty out of the fridge! Season with some salt, and grill it until ready. At the same time, give the buns a light toast as well.
When all of your ingredients are ready, assemble your burger.
