- Eye Round Beef Roast
- Cooking oil
- Your favorite Beef Rub
Easy Roast Beef Recipe On The Rotisserie
When we said this recipe is easy, we really meant it. Simply wash down the beef roast with cold water, pat it dry with a paper towel and secure it on the rotisserie. You don’t really need to trim it off, unless there are pieces of hard fat that won’t render down. Otherwise, leave the fat on, as it will melt and baste the meat while it’s turning.
Get the rotisserie going and simply let the meat cook to an internal temperature of 130°F for a medium rare (140°F for medium). When the target temp is reached pull the meat off the fire and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving into it.
