If you’ve tired the Brown Sugar Bacon burger at Arby’s, you know it tastes like BLT Heaven, so why not enjoy cooking it at home?
You will need:
- 6 slices Pork Bacon
- Green Leaf Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Burger Buns (used here: KING’S HAWAIIAN)
Brown Sugar Bacon Burger (Arby’s Copycat)
The beauty with Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato burgers is how simple they are to prepare. You can have yours ready in less than 10 minutes, and still blow the taste buds out of your mouth!
So here’s what you need to do:
While your flat top grill is getting hot, slice the bacon strips in two. You should have 12 short slices of bacon.
Lay down a little cooking oil on your cooking surface, and throw on the bacon. Use either a bacon press or a cast iron skillet to keep the slices as flat as possible while they are cooking.
Once the bacon is done on both sides, sprinkle with some brown sugar. Let it caramelize, then flip and repeat. Give the buns in the meantime.
And you’re almost done! The only thing left is to assemble the burger: Spread some mayo on both the top and bottom buns. Add lettuce, two tomato slices and the bacon, followed by the top bun.
