You will need:
- 12 oz. beer
- Green Bell Pepper
- Sweet Yellow Onion
- Salt + Pepper
Beer Brats On The Grill – Sausage Sandwich With Peppers And Onions
Get your grill fired up. Preheat a cast iron skillet on the heat. Give the sausages a browning, then add 12oz of beer to the skillet. Top with peppers and onions, and season with salt & pepper.
Move the skillet off the heat, and let it cook for 30 minutes (325°F). Give the rolls a quick toast, then assemble your delicious beer brats!
