Bacon Explosion: Smoked Bacon Wrapped Breakfast Sushi!

Cook Notes:

(Smoke) Time: Approx 2 hours at 225 Degrees. Wood used for smoking in this video: Almond (But you can use whatever you like) Finished Internal Temp: Bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted inside.

Basic Supplies Needed:

Sharp Knife
Container for mixing your stuffing
Bradley Rack (or these grill mats see below for more)
Spoon or fork

Basic Ingredients:

Defrosted Tater Tots
Bell Pepper
Fully Cooked Sausage Links
Grated Cheese (Your choice)
Bacon, thick sliced is best for the recipe (weave tutorial video below)

  1. You really should shut your smoker when not using it. That was left open a long time anything could have gotten in there with your food and not to mention your time temp control.. but roll and bloody Mary looks good.
