Cook Notes:

(Smoke) Time: Approx 2 hours at 225 Degrees. Wood used for smoking in this video: Almond (But you can use whatever you like) Finished Internal Temp: Bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted inside.

Basic Supplies Needed:

Sharp Knife
Container for mixing your stuffing
Bradley Rack (or these grill mats see below for more)
Spoon or fork

Basic Ingredients:

Defrosted Tater Tots
Onion
Bell Pepper
Eggs
Fully Cooked Sausage Links
Grated Cheese (Your choice)
Bacon, thick sliced is best for the recipe (weave tutorial video below)
